Consultation
Your new garden’s design will reflect your lifestyle and the way you like to spend your time away from everything. Consultation is our opportunity to find out what you want from your outdoor space, find out your ideas – see your ultimate vision through your eyes.
Design options will be discussed and an opportunity to look at ideas and concepts from Essential Elements’ gallery. If you’ve seen a garden design or design element you like, please bring photos along. We have also developed a 10 point survey to allow us to further explore your needs and wants from your outdoor space.
During your initial consultation, please ask further about the different cost options to develop your plan. Following the consultation a fee structure will be forwarded to develop the plans and concepts.
The initial consultation is an hour long and is complimentary on application.
Design
Based on initial consultation and survey information, we develop a plan of the garden and outline key materials and finishes. Further to this we will discuss your plant scheme and visual images so you can start to create your slice of green paradise. Plans and working drawings will then be developed and relevant permits and planning compliances discussed. Fee structures in relation to this can vary with the project’s scope.
Construction
After sign-off of the plan and garden structure, we will work up a detailed construction budget, including timeframes and schedule of completion. Once approved, construction will commence to create your new outdoor space.
We pride ourselves on the quality of workmanship and our experienced team of qualified professionals will work with you to bring your vision to lush green life. Each project has a dedicated project manager who will step you through the process and communicate with you on all aspects of the project.
Maintenance
In this busy world, time is of the essence, so leave the process of maintaining your beautiful new garden to Essential Elements. We will maintain your garden and keep the dream a reality so you can do the hard stuff: sitting back and enjoying!
Our special offers for 12 and 24 month maintenance can be included in your project scope or upon enquiry.
